The adventure, which started in 1987 with the meeting of ÖZÇELİK and PAŞALAK families, is approaching its 30th year. Our company has taken its place among the second 500 largest industrial establishments in Turkey from the zero point it started, and aims to be among the top 500 industrial establishments of Turkey in 2022 and 2023 with the investments it has made.
The brothers, who are current partners who came together in 1993, experienced an apprenticeship period until 2001 during the high inflation and high interest rate in the country. Between the years of 2020, he entered a period of mastery with the experiences he gained in the past. ÇELİKRAY does its best for the development of the country and our society with its workforce of 500 people in employment, its export potential and the added value it produces.
Our target for the next 10 years is a period of maturity, in order to enable them to continue this structure that produces and adds value to our second generation successors, to establish a system that can continue unceasingly in our dreams that we have built from scratch as current stakeholders, and to make ÇELİKRAY a world brand together. We are still trying.
As we set out on this path, there was a cause that we all believed in as brothers; To keep our structure that trusts each other, loves each other and works with a common mind. We have never forgotten this structure as brothers and sisters. Our expectation from young entrepreneurs is that they can maintain and make permanent this understanding, which dreams of the same as us, serves the same purposes, never despairs, regrets not what they did but what they could not do, and enjoys producing.
There have always been and continue to be economic depressions and crises in the world, pandemic diseases such as Covid 19 and negativities that can affect commercial life. Our young people have the potential to succeed when they believe, and everyone can immortalize their own story.
In conclusion, we would like to express our endless gratitude to all our working brothers, all our white-collar employees, all our friends who trade with us, our friends and our families who have always been behind us.
